As a guided practice, forest bathing consists of a series of invitations that help you deeply engage with the natural spaces around you, leading to increased wellbeing physically, psychologically, spiritually, and socially.
It is an experiential opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the environment in which we live. Forest bathing is not a hike or other form of intense physical activity. While we will walk a bit, we will travel less than 2 miles total, moving around slowly and stopping a significant amount.
