Mission

Our mission is to help women unearth their inner force of nature with personal self-discovery, enjoyable movement, delicious food, supportive connections, and intentional joy. This is accomplished through a variety of nature-based wellbeing programming, using our beautiful environment to nurture our relationship with ourselves, others, and the earth.

Approach

We believe in the power of nature. Most of our programming revolves around connecting with the natural world in order to connect more deeply with ourselves and others. Evidence shows that nature has the power to improve our wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

One of our core beliefs is that we get nowhere fast by hating on ourselves. We all have bad days and bad moods, but developing a lifestyle that nurtures positivity, self-compassion, and mindful attention to our needs results in true freedom. This is what we hope to help you do through our nature-based wellbeing programs: find your freedom.
